A deposit of 25 to 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure a booking. This varies based on availability, location, and booking length.

Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

Bookings cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will incur a cancellation charge amounting to the full remaining fee.

Repeated cancellations will require full prepayment for all future bookings.
